Ms. Bader worked 20 years for New Albany-Floyd County schools. During her tenure Ms. Bader served as Bookstore Manager, Purchasing Agent and Systems Operator. Ms. Bader is Past President of the Clerical and Support Staff at the school and served on the Board of Directors of the New Albany Teachers Credit Union from 1994 to November 2011.
Ms. Duncan received her B.S from Ball State and her M.S. from Purdue. She taught in Gary for three years. She also worked for Xerox Corporation and Gray & Gray Specialties. Ms. Duncan served on the Greensburg City Council for three years and as a Member of the Indiana House of Representatives for 16 years. She is active in various community organizations and her church.
Mr. Gulley completed the School of Staff & Command at Northwestern University. He served in law enforcement for the Griffith Police Department for over 33 years. He also served as a Griffith councilman for 16 years. He was on the Indiana State Fraternal Order of Police board for three years and remains active in his church.
Mr. Gulley joined the RIPEA Board in 2024 and resides in Dyer, IN.
Mr. Hineline has been involved with computers and the application of technology to solve business challenges in one form or another for over 45 years. He recently retired as the Chief Information and Technology Officer for the Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS). Mr. Hineline’s previous positions include technology leadership roles at One America Financial Partners, serving as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Indianapolis, as well as with Anthem Alliance Health Insurance Company. He also has prior experience with Macmillan Publishing, a division of Simon and Schuster, Citibank, and Purdue University. Mr. Hineline attended Purdue University and Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mr. Kimery had a distinguished Military Career as well as 21 years of Public Service with the State of Indiana. Mr. Kimery was an officer in the U.S. Army for 22 years that included Tours in Germany, Vietnam and Belgium. His last assignment was at the U.S. Army Finance Center at Fort Harrison in Indianapolis. Mr. Kimery began his employment with the state in 1989 and served in executive positions with the Department of Workforce Development and Public Employees Retirement Fund.
